Protocol tips
XcelGen plant RNA miniprep kit provides a fast and reliable method for RNA isolation from a wide variety of plant samples. The proprietary buffer helps to extract most of the RNA without lose of RNA integrity and minimize inhibitors to co-precipitate with RNA. The resultant lysate is transferred to the silica membrane, which help to selectively binding of RNA in presence of high salt. Following the binding of RNA to the silica membrane, contaminants are washed away and pure RNA is eluted.
