Western blot analysis was performed as described previously23 and also in Supplementary material online. Primary antibodies used are rabbit anti-LC3B (dilution 1:1000, Cell Signaling Technology), rabbit anti-Beclin1 (dilution 1:1000, Abcam), rabbit anti-calponin (1:500, Santa Cruz), mouse anti-vimentin (1:500, Santa Cruz), goat anti-β-actin (1:500, Santa Cruz), or anti-β-tubulin (1:1000, Santa Cruz).
