Publication protocol

The cell pellet resulting from the processing of the dissected endometrial tissue suspended in culture media containing 10% FBS, penicillin (50 IU/ml; Sigma), streptomycin (50 μg/ml; Sigma) and amphotericin B (2.5 μg/ml; Sigma) in RPMI 1640 (Sigma). Media was changed every 48 h.
