Publication protocol

Tissues were lysed in the RIPA buffer with protease inhibitor and protein phosphatase inhibitor. Membrane protein extraction was followed by instructions of Mem-PER Plus Membrane Protein Extraction Kit (89842; Thermo scientific). Protein concentration was determined with BCA Protein assay kit (Thermo Scientific, Rockford, IL, USA), the amount of protein we sampled was 40 - 60μg per lane.
