Publication protocol

EGFR kinase activity was determined via EGFR Human In-Cell ELISA Kit in 96-well plates according to the manufacturer's instructions (EGFR Kinase Assay Kit Catalog # ab126419 of ABCAM, Cambridge, MA), as supplemental information. The EGFR kinase activities for each compound were expressed as IC50 values using seven concentrations (10.0, 5.0, 2.5, 1.25, 0.625, 0.31, and 0.15 µM).
