An antibody recognizing TAB1 (#ab151408) was obtained from Abcam, an antibody recognizing Ubc13 (#37-1100) and a phospho-specific antibody recognizing JNK1 and JNK2 phosphorylated at Thr183 and Tyr185 (#44682) were from Invitrogen, an antibody recognizing IKKβ (#05-535) was from Merck Millipore and an antibody recognizing TRAF6 (#sc-7221) was from Santa Cruz Biotechnology. A phospho-specific antibody that recognizes IRAK4 phosphorylated at Thr345 and Ser346 [30] was a generous gift from Dr Vikram Rao, Pfizer, Boston, U.S.A. Secondary antibodies coupled to horseradish peroxidase were obtained from Thermo Scientific.
