Publication protocol

Short tandem repeat (STR) analysis: The STR analysis of patient fibroblasts and iPSCs was performed by the Johns Hopkins University Genetic Resources Core Facility using the Promega PowerPlex 18D Kit. The ABI Prism® 3730xl Genetic Analyzer was used to electrophorese the PCR products and GeneMapper® v 4.0 software (Applied Biosystems) was used to analyze the data.
