Seed × 10^5 cells/ml/well

Publication protocol

Total DNA was extracted from cultured cells (at least 1.5 × 105 cells) and from frozen tissues using the Maxwell® RSC Blood DNA Kit AS1400 (Promega), from FFPE archival tumor biopsy and surgical excision, after microdissection of the tumor area, using the Maxwell® RSC DNA FFPE Kit AS1450 (Promega), and the RSC Maxwell Instrument (Promega) in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. DNA purity was checked by NanoDropTM (Thermo Fisher Scientific, Life Technology Italia, Monza, Italy). DNA concentration was determined by the Qubit dsDNA HS (high sensitivity) assay kit (Thermo Fisher Scientific, Life Technology Italia) and the Qubit® 3.0 Fluorometer (Thermo Fisher Scientific, Life Technology Italia). DNA fragmentation was assessed by gel electrophoresis and a 2100 Bioanalyzer High Sensitivity DNA assay Kit (Agilent Technologies, Agilent Technologies, Inc., Santa Clara, CA, USA).
